Dengan ini aku mengisytiharkan "atkins diet" aku dah ke laut.
On my 11th day of diet..aku dah reward kan diri sendiri dengan a sclice of Daim Cake Ikea...n it sooo heaven.
Aku juga makan nasi like there is no tomorrow hahahaha since my parents are here.
Last weight aku masa timbang adalah 59.5 kg, where i manage to get angka 5 ..finally n am sure that today dah 60 kg balik hehehehe.
I'm gonna start my induction balik next week..just after my parents balik kg..because since my mum here...she cook nice ..heavenly nice meal everyday...like terubok bakar where u cant say no punyer..n u cant have it without nasi surely..at least not for me laaa kan ...
