Semalam i citer pasal sofa.
Sofa tu berseri sket sebab asalnya kita nak panggil orang makan2 cam i citer semalam.
Pendek cerita, we prepared laksa terengganu kuah putih (laksam, but makan dengan mi panjang/mi lidi) for our guest.
Memang theme makanan semalam Terengganu sangat.
Actually buat laksa ni pun our first time.
Masa balik raya Trg baru2 ni laaa, mok kan masak laksa before kita balik Kuantan.
Sempat la belajar and terus confident jer nak jamu orang hahaha.
On Saturday malam, papa dah tempah 4kg ikan sardin and 5 biji kelapa utk kuah laksa.
Pagi2 Ahad, he come back from kedai with 4 kg ikan tu and nahhh, handed it to me to handle.
Cepat2 i bersihkan and rebus ikan with asam keping.
While waiting for that, uruskan pulak, memerah 5 biji kelapa parut.
He didnt bought me santan atas arahan i.
Worried that mamat kat kedai aceh akan prepare santan sehari lebih awal dan simpan dalam fridge, i pun requested for kelapa parut, and here u go..perah la ko sampai lebam
Im so lucky that on Saturday tu kita g Rawang amik mama to join us.
So she helped with ikan yang dah siap rebus tu.
Asingkan isi and tulang.
Blend apa patut and by 12, baru kuah settle.
At 1 pm, i baru terhegeh2 nak kuarkan ulam utk makan with laksa and potong2.
Nasib baik pepagi buta mama bangun buat agar2 laici...siap laa dessert, kalau tak tertonggeng satu laksa tu jerrr for tetamu.
Pukul 1.30 i naik mandi2 and turun at 2pm , goreng pulak ketupat palas.
By 2 pm, our guest sampai and Alhamdulillah, dah siap hidang everything on the table..
Fuuuh...
Agar2 laici sirap , mama buat.
Serunding and ketupat palas goreng our family style.
ramai gila confuse with this ketupat palas.
They thought i hidang samosa.
Lagi kelakar ada yang kata hash brown..ouuuch omputih sangat tu style Terengganu hahaa.
Kuah laksa putih, sambal cili with belacan.
Ulam2..timun, kacang panjang and fresh bayleaf.
Nampak mee tu.
Tu bukan originally laksa..but we got the idea utk guna mi lidi/mi panjang to replace laksa and it turn out sooo sedap.

I nak explain pu payah.
Mi lidi ni famous in my family and memang first time for papa even dia dah 15 years jadi my husband.
To be honest , i sendiri forgot how this mi lidi banyak diguna oleh mok dulu2, sampai la recently on raya, mok buat laksa and serve it with mi lidi
Our first guest hehe, merasmikan our new look sofa.
Then dah start meriah.
kaum hawa inside the house, makan2 , chit chating hehe.
Guys outside..sambil2 merokok.
and kidssss..placed upstairs with toys and upin ipin show.
So that they dont disturb adults and the 'meeting'
Meeting start at 3.30pm.
Ada lebih kurang 12 adult and i tak sempat kira the kids.
I think about 20 kot.
Sooo meriah and bisinggg hahahaha.
I served them teh tarik dalam pukul 4.30 pm with karipap panas.
kat bilik Aniq, kanak2 yang dah 'dewasa' sket laaa.
This two la lead kannn...
Meeting end at 6.00pm and we had gathering photo in front of my house..in my porch.

After geng kembar, Ngah anak beranak pulak datang and melepak sampai midnite.
Then after Maghrib, ada pulak kawan papa datang.
memang kebetulan dia beraya kat area situ and call papa, saja cuba tengok kitorang ada kat rumah tak.
Memang rezeki laa
Alhamdulillah, elok cukup jer laksa tu.
Ada la lebih dalam satu periuk kecik.
Overall, kira memang puas hati sangat with the laksa and the meeting.
It went well and cukup semua.
Tho memang penat ya amat sangat sebab tahun ni takder bibik dah tapi seronok that our tamu enjoyed our hidangan.
Kat situ saya nampak ada Siti Rahayu, ira senyum & Sis Ida & kakak yg kat Langat tu ..lupa nama dia..ex stewardess :D
