How i misssssss berceloteh, mengarut here..but i lost my mojo already.
I have lotss of time this week, duduk rumah, baring kat katil, bangun, baring..got nothing to do but i dont really take the chance and time to even open my lappy.
My parents was here since Friday.
Papa balik Kuantan on Wednesday and Friday balik sini, bawak parents along.
Yea, my parents memang akan stay with me till end of Jan as we r going Umrah together this coming Jan..In sha Allah..semoga semuanya di permudahkan ..tak putus2 i doa semoga semuanya okay sebab ada sikit masalah with agency that we r going ni, tapi malas nak cerita panjang.
I just put in my heart, that im going for ibadah...ada rezeki, mudahla jalannya.
Okay, lets cerita what we r doing weekend baru2 ni.
Saturday dua orang anak buah i datang.
Kak Yong and Awa.
And when they both here, apa lagi we r doing kalau bukan baking.
I seronok tengok my anak2 buah yang minat baking..i have same interest when i was at their age, but i never had a chance to show my skill (ada ker skill tu...??)..
Baking need banyak peralatan and duit, dulu at that age, umah my mum , oven pun tak ada.
Only seorang my sister yang akan buat kerja2 baking ni dulu..buat kuih raya, biskut and kek and akan hantar kat rumah my mum.
Nanti bila bulan puasa , dia import i to help her buat all kuih raya.
Tapi nak memandai takut kena marah , so just buat kerja2 tabur chip atas biskut hehehe.
Now that bila anak2 buah i tunjuk minat nak buat kuih, kek , biskut and such, i akan dengan senang hati bagi peluang them to try.
Gunalah whatever i have in my kitchen..
Dulu2 they help me, now that..ill give them my kitchen...buat la semua sendiri.
Google the recipe from net.
Keluarkan semua baking tool yang i ada, do the measurement yourselves and show me the result.
Thats the only way i show my support to their interest.
This is their first result..strawberry melting cheese yang tengah fenomena sangat skang.
I show them the simplest recipe yang pernah i buat dulu kat sini.
But, the result of the cake tak gebu.
They give up and nak 'buang' jer the cake.
But i asked them to proceed..potong kek tu kecik2 and sumbat dalam small tipuware.
Melt the cheese as per google recipe and just tuang dalam tipuware tu.
Bila dah sejukkan and makan ..rasanya marvellous.
Sometime, kena creative bila dalam keadaan macam tu.
Lagipun , kita jugak akan makan kek tu..tak kisah la macam mana rupanya..kita learn and learn thru mistake kan .
The balance of the cheese i mintak dorang bubuh dalam ready shell tart ni.
dapat banyak biji jugak, tapi ni jer sempat snap
This two tak give up bila the next day they prepare 4 batch of cream puff
The result are marvellous too but kerja agak lambat since my 'big built in oven' suddenly buat hal.
In between all the baking, i tak miss prepared ,lunch for my parents.
When ayoh here, lunch and dinner is a big work for me as my father is fussy eater.
Setiap kali nak prepare his meal, i memang tak keruan nak penuhi selera nya.
Tak boleh terlebih masin , terkurang sana sini..nanti dia tak makan .
So everytime kat dapur, ill shout for my mum to come and have a taste...kalau dia angguk , nanti baru proceed hahaha.
Saturday i buat pecal dengan gulai ikan masin with nenas and goreng ikan cencaru sumbat for papa.
The next day.
Ikan kembung bakar with budu, terung and bilis cili api and also masak lemak sawi putih.
Bila perut semua kenyang, baru boleh rileks2 enjoy weekend watching ikan dalam kolam papa...
My father dengan my kids.
Will always miss this view.
Wish that my parents will stay with me...i'll be glad to serve them and treat them.
Tapi, i always respect their decision ...so sesekali bila ada chance they come and stay sekejap camni pun , rasa sayang to go work.....
In shaAllah, after the Xmas kena cuti lama sket and spend time kat rumah dengan semua.
